Corporate Development M&A Integration Manager
Salesforce is looking for a talented Corporate Development M&A Integration Manager to play an important role in driving successful integrations of Salesforce's mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving results.The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. They will possess a natural aptitude for problem solving, strong analytical skills, and experience in Corporate Development M&A Integration. This individual should be creative and have an enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, or a related field. Experience in project management and/or change management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage successful integrations of Salesforce’s mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop and present strategies to ensure successful Corporate Development M&A Integration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop solutions to complex problems with creative and innovative approaches.
- Lead project management and/or change management initiatives.
- Monitor and track progress of Corporate Development M&A Integration projects.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to ensure successful integration of projects.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all Corporate Development M&A Integration activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
