  1. Advise and support senior leadership on all legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  2. Conduct thorough legal due diligence on potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations based on findings.
  3. Negotiate and draft complex acquisition agreements, including but not limited to purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during the M&A process.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to ensure a smooth and successful integration of acquired companies.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with M&A activities.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to M&A legal matters.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other relevant parties involved in M&A transactions.
  9. Provide legal support for other corporate transactions, such as joint ventures and divestitures.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide timely and accurate legal advice.
  11. Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Uphold the company's core values of innovation, integrity, and collaboration in all interactions and decisions.
  13. Continuously review and improve M&A legal processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Participate in other legal projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Corporate Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department, With A Focus On M&A Transactions

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance, Securities Laws, And Regulatory Compliance

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Negotiating Complex M&A Deals

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Advise Cross-Functional Teams Within The Organization.
