- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase customer adoption and consumption of our data and analytics products.
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize customer experience.
- Lead a team of analysts and data experts to execute on consumption goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features that meet customer needs and drive consumption.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategies and drive innovation.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets to support consumption goals and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate customers and internal teams on our products and drive adoption.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our products and services to external audiences and representing our company values.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Communicate regularly with leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Consumer-Facing Roles, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Experience Working With Data Management Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Consumer Adoption And Engagement Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Sales, Product, And Marketing.
