  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth of MuleSoft business within assigned territory.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the commercial market, leveraging Salesforce's leading position in cloud-based CRM solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations.
  4. Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of MuleSoft products.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MuleSoft products in the market.
  8. Provide regular updates and accurate sales forecasts to management.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, representing the company and its values with integrity and professionalism.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively engage with potential clients to drive sales growth.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of MuleSoft products and their capabilities, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Stay organized and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to more junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.
  15. Embody Salesforce's core values of trust, innovation, growth, and equality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Software Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Integration And Api Technologies, Particularly Mulesoft.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Effectively With Clients.
