  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's products, services, and solutions in order to effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential clients.
  2. Identify and research potential clients within the Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences industries, and develop targeted strategies for reaching and engaging them.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at potential client organizations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce's products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  5. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
  6. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  8. Utilize Salesforce's CRM platform to track and manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and achievements to sales leadership.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our products and services and embodying our core values.
  11. Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance the sales process, and provide feedback and suggestions to sales leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Revenue Goals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Healthcare & Life Sciences Industries.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, Particularly In The Commercial And Enterprise Space.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers In Target Industries.
