  1. Identifying and targeting potential clients in the commercial market to acquire new logo accounts for Salesforce.
  2. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in prospective companies.
  4. Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to develop effective sales strategies and messaging.
  6. Utilizing Salesforce's CRM platform to track and manage sales activities and pipeline.
  7. Presenting and demonstrating Salesforce's products and services to potential clients.
  8. Negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  9. Continuously staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  10. Providing regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and other stakeholders.
  11. Representing Salesforce at industry events and conferences to generate leads and promote the company's brand.
  12. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients.
  13. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of Salesforce's products and services.
  14. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Commercial Account Executive - New Logo Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Main Point Of Contact For Potential Clients, A Commercial Account Executive - New Logo Should Have Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Confidently Present Product Offerings And Negotiate Deals With Clients.
