  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company's cloud-based solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis by actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to potential clients.
  5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  6. Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experience.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to stay competitive in the market.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  10. Act as a mentor and leader to junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  11. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  13. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth.
  14. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Complex Solutions To Clients.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Crm And Cloud Technology Market.
