  1. Lead and develop a team of Client Partners to drive growth and customer satisfaction for healthcare clients.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and understand their needs.
  3. Provide innovative solutions to meet the business objectives of healthcare clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue and ensure customer retention.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape, including payer and provider segments.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for healthcare clients.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of client partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any challenges or issues that may arise during client engagements.
  10. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for the healthcare industry within the company.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs for healthcare clients.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
