Job Description

The role will work with the Change & Enablement Lead within TFO. Salesforce is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who can get going quickly to lead multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work. Conduct impact analyses for sophisticated programs across Treasury & Finance Operations teams. Determine level of change difficulty and build plans to match the complexity of that change/project. Own and drive the end-to-end change plan beyond project delivery to ensure goals are met. Build engaging content used for communications and training resources. Proactively identify and develop improvements to change management strategy & methodology. Work with business partners to maintain a library of policy and process documents. Prepare presentations for the team and senior management highlighting performance in an easy-to-understand, executive-ready manner.

  • 4+ years of professional work experience related to business/process analysis, change management

  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
