  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Salesforce to drive growth and success of the partnership.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services industry through the joint offerings with Salesforce.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on the financial services industry, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Capgemini and Salesforce to ensure alignment and successful execution of joint initiatives.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with Salesforce to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the partnership.
  8. Utilize Salesforce's CRM system to track and analyze sales activities and performance.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Capgemini and Salesforce, promoting their joint offerings and capabilities to clients and prospects.
  10. Continuously seek out new ways to improve and optimize the partnership for mutual success.

  • Extensive Experience In The Financial Services Industry: A Capgemini Partner Account Manager, Financial Services At Salesforce Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Its Key Players, Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. This Experience Will Enable Them To Effectively Engage And Build Relationships With Financial Services Clients.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Success In Sales And Account Management, Specifically Within The Financial Services Sector. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets, As Well As Effectively Manage And Grow Key Accounts.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Solutions: As A Partner Account Manager At Salesforce, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce's Products And Solutions, Especially Those Relevant To The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Cloud-Based Solutions, Crm, And Marketing Automation.
