
Business Value Services Senior Manager, High Tech
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager for our Business Value Services team in High Tech at Salesforce. As part of the Business Value Services team, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to drive customer success and growth. You will also be the bridge between customer success and customer engagement teams. The ideal candidate has a passion for problem solving, is comfortable working with multiple teams, and is a strategic thinker.To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in customer success and/or customer engagement. You must have a deep understanding of customer success, customer engagement, and data-driven insights. Experience with Salesforce products is a plus, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers to create successful outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer success and customer engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to customer success and customer engagement teams.
- Create reports and presentations to present customer success and customer engagement data.
