
Business Value Services Analyst
At Salesforce, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Value Services Analyst to join our team. We are seeking an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service attitude and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service, business analysis and/or customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, have excellent communication skills and be able to think strategically to develop creative solutions. They will have a solid understanding of Salesforce products and services, as well as a customer-centric approach to providing value to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative solutions to complex customer needs through analysis of Salesforce products and services
