Job Description

At Salesforce, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Value Services Analyst to join our team. We are seeking an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service attitude and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service, business analysis and/or customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, have excellent communication skills and be able to think strategically to develop creative solutions. They will have a solid understanding of Salesforce products and services, as well as a customer-centric approach to providing value to our customers. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about helping our customers succeed. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative solutions to complex customer needs through analysis of Salesforce products and services
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  3. Proactively identify potential customer issues and develop solutions
  4. Develop and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs
  5. Communicate effectively across multiple departments to ensure customer success
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze data, and provide feedback
  7. Utilize business acumen to better understand customer needs and suggest solutions
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for customer success
  9. Stay informed and up-to-date on Salesforce products and services
