Job Description

As a Business Analyst you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to Fortune 500 Companies and Government Agencies. Our Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and work on everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post deployment support. Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements. Develop and Document User Stories, to-be process flows and work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a Client?s business requirements and fulfill user stories. Assist the team the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, app exchange products or other cloud-based technologies. Collaborate with developers to test that solutions will meet the business requirements. Participate in key meetings with Clients and end users such as requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing or end user training.

Job Qualifications
  • 4-10 years of experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other similar CRM tools a plus

  • Desire to work on enterprise cloud implementations and learn new technologies, specifically Salesforce presentation, communication
