- Develop and implement training programs for the Business Technology team to ensure their knowledge and skills are up to date and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design training materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and online resources that are engaging, informative, and easily accessible.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members, both in person and virtually, to facilitate their understanding and adoption of Salesforce technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training plans to meet those needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they are effective and relevant.
- Monitor team members' progress and provide ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their training goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and stay up to date with new features and updates, sharing this knowledge with the team.
- Train and mentor other trainers within the Business Technology team to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Partner with the HR department to onboard new team members and integrate them into the training program.
- Track and report on training metrics, such as participation rates and feedback, to measure the success of the training program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive learning culture within the Business Technology team by promoting continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with external training partners, vendors, and consultants as needed to supplement the internal training program.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and technology to bring new ideas and innovation to the training program.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to training materials and team member performance.
- Represent the company and the Business Technology team in a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs Across Multiple Departments And Levels Of An Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Platform And Its Various Products, With Certification In At Least One Product.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Teams And Individuals.
