BT Training Manager

6. Monitor team members' progress and provide ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their training goals.

8. Train and mentor other trainers within the Business Technology team to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
9. Partner with the HR department to onboard new team members and integrate them into the training program.
10. Track and report on training metrics, such as participation rates and feedback, to measure the success of the training program and make recommendations for improvement.
11. Foster a positive learning culture within the Business Technology team by promoting continuous learning and development opportunities.
12. Collaborate with external training partners, vendors, and consultants as needed to supplement the internal training program.
13. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and technology to bring new ideas and innovation to the training program.
14. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to training materials and team member performance.
15. Represent the company and the Business Technology team in a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner at all times.
