Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Associate QA Consultant to join the Salesforce team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our product and services. You will provide technical assistance and test solutions throughout the software development process.To be successful in this position, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for quality control. You must be an analytical thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in both manual and automated testing strategies.If you are a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze the quality of the products and services provided by the Salesforce team.
  2. Provide technical assistance and test solutions to ensure the software development process is up to standard.
  3. Identify, investigate, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the software development process.
  4. Develop and document test plans and strategies for manual and automated testing.
  5. Execute tests and document results to ensure quality control.
  6. Troubleshoot and report any defects or problems that may arise during the testing process.
  7. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  8. Monitor trends and evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve quality assurance processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and emerging trends in the software industry.
