Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Salesforce technology solutions to meet customer needs
  2. Collaborate with customers to identify and analyze customer requirements
  3. Provide technical expertise in Salesforce and CRM systems
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce products and services
  6. Utilize customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction
  7. Manage customer accounts and ensure successful completion of projects
  8. Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
  9. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  10. Take initiative to ensure customer success and satisfaction
