Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Client Solutions Engineer to join our Salesforce team! In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients understand and use Salesforce products and services to meet their business objectives.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong technical background and experience in providing solutions to customer problems. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies. You should be able to build strong relationships with customers and demonstrate a passion for problem solving.If you are an experienced individual eager to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their success with Salesforce products and services
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
  • Establish customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Create technical documentation and trainings for customers
  • Provide feedback to the Salesforce team on customer experiences
  • Continually stay up-to-date with new Salesforce products and services
  • Monitor customer usage of Salesforce products and services
  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues
