- Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's overall brand strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business objectives into impactful and visually appealing designs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to team members to ensure high-quality and innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's brand image.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate the company's brand message.
- Present and pitch creative ideas to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and gain buy-in for proposed concepts.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain brand consistency.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the company's brand positioning and visual identity.
- Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's brand communication strategies to enhance audience engagement and reach.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the design team to promote creativity and innovation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting the company's brand values and messaging in all communications and interactions.
Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Bachelor's Degree In Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Art Direction, Preferably In A Creative Agency Or In-House Brand Team.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Creative Projects, Including Branding, Advertising, And Digital Campaigns.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Direct A Team Of Designers And Copywriters.
