Analyst, Sales Incentive Compensation

Create views, automate data exports, build/refine dashboards, and develop metrics in support of the monthly commission cycle at Salesforce. We want the right sized data, to the right audience, and at the right time. The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, self-motivated, process oriented, with proven problem solving and decision-making skills. Must be capable and excited at the prospect of combining several large data sets and working outside of Excel’s limitations to produce concise insightful analyses. This role will be fully engaged in measuring our commission operations efforts, so you should be familiar with the aspects and context of paying variable incentive compensation, Ordering, and Sales Crediting.
