  1. Participate in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for Salesforce products.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform pricing decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of pricing strategies.
  4. Monitor and track pricing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven recommendations for pricing adjustments.
  6. Support the development of pricing models and tools to optimize pricing decisions.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product pricing.
  9. Communicate pricing strategies and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing operations.
  11. Maintain accurate and updated pricing information in Salesforce systems.
  12. Assist in the development and maintenance of product pricing documentation and policies.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to provide pricing guidance and support on deals.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on product pricing and contribute to training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have Exceptional Analytical Skills To Gather And Interpret Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Product And Pricing Strategies.

  • Experience In Product And Pricing Operations: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product And Pricing Operations, With A Track Record Of Managing Complex Pricing Structures And Driving Pricing Optimization.

  • Proficiency In Salesforce Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Various Modules, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Cpq (Configure, Price, Quote).

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends: A Strong Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape, Market Trends, And Industry Best Practices Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Leverage This Knowledge To Develop And Implement Effective Product And Pricing Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Management, Sales, And Finance. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
