Analyst, Learning Experience Design

We’re looking for an exceptional Analyst, Learning Experience Design to join our Salesforce team and help us create an engaging learning experience for our customers. As an Analyst, Learning Experience Design, you’ll be an integral part of our Learning Experience Design team, working with our learning and development professionals to ensure the highest quality of learning experiences for our customers.You’ll need a strong understanding of adult learning theory and principles, with the ability to develop, evaluate, and manage learning experiences and programs. You’ll also need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning, is a creative problem solver, and is excited to join a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 4. Utilize adult learning theory and principles to create effective learning experiences.
5. Stay up to date with trends in learning and development.
6. Provide creative solutions to problems related to learning experiences.
7. Manage the development and implementation of learning programs.
8. Create and maintain documentation related to learning experiences and programs.
