Analyst, Learning Experience Design

We are looking for an experienced Analyst, Learning Experience Design to join our team at Salesforce. This person should be passionate about creating learning experiences that are user-friendly and engaging.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design. Extensive knowledge of creating learning content, understanding of adult learning principles, and experience with learning analytics are also required.We are looking for a collaborative team player who can bring their creative ideas and enthusiasm to our team. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
