Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Analyst, Learning Experience Design to join our team at Salesforce. This person should be passionate about creating learning experiences that are user-friendly and engaging.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design. Extensive knowledge of creating learning content, understanding of adult learning principles, and experience with learning analytics are also required.We are looking for a collaborative team player who can bring their creative ideas and enthusiasm to our team. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team. The Analyst, Learning Experience Design will have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop engaging and user-friendly learning experiences to meet organizational needs.
  2. Use adult learning principles to develop and deliver effective learning materials.
  3. Collect and analyze learning analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with team members to create creative and innovative learning experiences.
  5. Identify and develop new learning technologies and tools.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers.
  8. Maintain records and documentation of learning activities and results.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
