- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with our valued partners to drive mutual success and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand our network and offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint strategies and go-to-market plans with partners.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales teams, and technical teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing them with support, guidance, and resources to ensure a successful partnership.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance and provide regular updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve partner engagement and drive increased revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and partner developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to leverage partnerships and drive business growth.
- Represent the company and promote our partnership programs at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, terms, and conditions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our partnership programs and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop joint marketing and product initiatives with partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our values and culture to partners and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the alliances team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Channel Sales, Partner Management, Or Alliance Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partner Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Overall Technology Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Various Stakeholders Both Internally And Externally.
