  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design innovative solutions.
  3. Utilize extensive knowledge of AI principles and data science techniques to guide solution development.
  4. Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and data science.
  6. Analyze data and provide insights to inform solution development.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members on AI and data science best practices.
  10. Continuously identify and propose improvements to processes and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Represent Salesforce in industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Ai Specialist/Data Scientist At Salesforce, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Be Able To Understand Complex Data Sets And Develop Solutions To Address Business Challenges.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Strong Background In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Java Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Write Efficient Code And Have Experience Working With Large Datasets.

  • Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Techniques, Such As Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, And Predictive Modeling. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing These Technologies In Real-World Scenarios.

  • Experience In Data Visualization And Communication: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights And Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi, Is Also Desirable.

  • Familiarity With Salesforce Platform: Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Services, Including Einstein Ai, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Salesforce Data And Be Able To Leverage The Platform's Capabilities To Develop Ai Solutions For Customers.
