  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of ad technology platforms, including implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute successful digital advertising campaigns.
  3. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in ad operations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ad technology to continuously improve our advertising strategies.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of ad operations specialists to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and technology partners.
  7. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion of ad operations tasks.
  8. Make strategic recommendations for improving ad operations processes and workflows.
  9. Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues with ad technology platforms to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
  10. Communicate campaign results and insights to internal teams and clients, providing recommendations for future campaigns.
  11. Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in ad operations.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities related to ad operations.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  14. Continuously optimize ad operations processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Advertising And Ad Technology: The Adtech Operations Lead At Salesforce Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Digital Advertising, Programmatic Buying, And Different Ad Tech Platforms. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Optimizing Ad Campaigns Across Various Channels.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Technical Background With A Good Understanding Of Web Technologies, Html, Javascript, And Sql. They Should Also Be Familiar With Ad Serving And Ad Tracking Tools Such As Google Ad Manager, Dcm, And Adobe Analytics.

  • Project Management Experience: As An Adtech Operations Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Ad Operations Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Interpret Data And Draw Insights From It. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Technical Issues That May Arise During Ad Campaign Execution.
