Job Description

We are looking for an Account Partner Director with the drive to succeed and the ability to lead a team that will help Salesforce continue to transform the way the world does business. The successful candidate will have a passion for developing strong relationships with customers and partners, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in account management, sales and customer service, ideally in the cloud-based software industry.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in account management, sales and customer service. You must also possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-driven leader, able to motivate and inspire a team of account partners and drive results. A deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners is essential.
