We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Travel, Transportation & Hospitality team.   1. Conduct research and identify potential clients in the travel, transportation, and hospitality industries.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce's products and services.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  4. Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Salesforce's solutions and services.
  5. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Salesforce's offerings.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting and exceeding established targets.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after implementation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the travel, transportation, and hospitality sectors.
  10. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce's CRM system.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our values and culture in all interactions.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the market.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Travel, Transportation & Hospitality team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and successes with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Travel, Transportation, And Hospitality Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And Its Unique Challenges Is Essential For Success In This Role. Previous Experience Working In A Similar Industry Or With Clients In This Sector Is Highly Desirable.

  • Sales And Account Management Skills: As An Account Executive, You Will Be Responsible For Generating New Business And Managing Existing Client Relationships. This Requires Strong Sales Skills, Including Prospecting, Negotiation, And Upselling.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services: Salesforce Is A Leading Provider Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software, And Familiarity With Their Products And Services Is A Must For This Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Various Solutions For The Travel, Transportation, And Hospitality Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Representative Of Salesforce, It Is Important To Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients. You Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Salesforce Solutions And Address Any Concerns Or Questions From Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets: Salesforce Is A Results-Driven Company, And As An Account Executive, You Will Be Expected To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets. A Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals Is A Key Qualification For This Role.
