  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in marketing and e-commerce to effectively advise clients on their strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of cloud solutions to clients.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  8. Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including sales targets, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
  9. Continuously gather market intelligence and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the Marketing & Commerce Cloud team.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM system.
  13. Keep up-to-date with the latest product offerings and features to effectively communicate them to clients.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image of Salesforce in all interactions with clients and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Commerce, With Experience In Salesforce's Marketing And Commerce Cloud Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts And Solutions To Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, And A Strong Drive To Succeed In A Fast-Paced And Competitive Environment.
