  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive revenue growth.
  2. Promote and sell Salesforce's Marketing & Commerce Cloud solutions to businesses of all sizes and across various industries.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs and pain points.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce's Marketing & Commerce Cloud solutions to key decision-makers.
  8. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
  9. Provide exceptional service and support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce's CRM system.
  11. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Salesforce's brand and generate leads.
  12. Continuously learn and develop expertise in Salesforce's Marketing & Commerce Cloud solutions to effectively position them in the market.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns and strategies to drive sales.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, promoting our values of innovation, customer success, and collaboration.
  15. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Account Executive In Marketing & Commerce Cloud At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Saas Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process And Be Able To Effectively Close Deals.

  • Knowledge Of Marketing & Commerce Cloud: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce's Marketing & Commerce Cloud Products, As Well As The Broader Market Trends And Competition. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Position And Sell The Products To Potential Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As An Account Executive, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Pitching And Presenting Salesforce's Offerings To Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Successful Account Executive Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Growth And Expansion Within Existing Accounts.
