As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients, utilizing our Marketing & Commerce Cloud solutions to deliver innovative and personalized customer experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for technology.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the Marketing & Commerce Cloud team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for partnership.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce's Marketing & Commerce Cloud solutions to provide tailored and innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce products.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce's Marketing & Commerce Cloud solutions and keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise with clients.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to drive business growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing And Commerce Cloud Solutions And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
