Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve financial services goals and objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive growth for Salesforce.
  3. Analyze customer needs and create tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Utilize the Salesforce platform to provide customers with an intuitive and seamless experience.
  5. Monitor sales performance against goals and objectives and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to address any issues.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Salesforce remains competitive.
  8. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform and features.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer success.
  10. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events as necessary to promote Salesforce.
