- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the Commercial Sales (Small Business, General & Regional Business) segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Continuously prospect and qualify new leads to grow the customer base.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Continuously analyze and report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Demonstrate And Articulate Their Value To Potential Clients.
