Job Description

As an Account Executive at Salesforce, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients.   1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the CRM market.
  2. Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  5. Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
  6. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  7. Presenting and demonstrating Salesforce's products and services to potential clients.
  8. Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  9. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  10. Tracking and reporting sales activity and progress to management.
  11. Representing Salesforce at industry events and conferences.
  12. Continuously developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Salesforce's CRM solutions.
  13. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  14. Actively seeking out new opportunities to promote and sell Salesforce's products and services.
  15. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce's CRM system.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Clients.
