Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
  3. Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping displays neat.
  7. Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any product shortages to management.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products and services offered.
  12. Assist in the set-up and execution of store promotions and events.
  13. Follow safe food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  14. Cross-train in various departments to provide support as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
  16. Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
