1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist with bagging and carrying out groceries for customers as needed.
3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns and resolving any issues efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including registers and bagging stations.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other payment systems.
6. Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
9. Continuously learn about products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as needed.
11. Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards.
12. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
14. Attend trainings and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
