- Manage all aspects of the catering operations at KINGS, including menu planning, ordering, event coordination, and team management.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of catering staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative and high-quality menus for various events.
- Manage and monitor catering budgets to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials for events.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food and service standards are met.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the catering experience.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure adequate supplies for events.
- Create and maintain event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Prepare and present reports on catering performance to senior management.
- Mentor and motivate catering staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Prior Experience In Catering Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Catering Operations, Preferably In A High-Volume Setting. This Experience Should Include Menu Planning, Event Coordination, And Budget Management.
