- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the claims process.

- Act as a point of contact for any workers' compensation-related inquiries or concerns.

Knowledge Of Worker's Compensation Laws And Regulations: A Successful Candidate For This Job Should Have A Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Laws Related To Worker's Compensation Claims, As Well As The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date On Any Changes Or Updates.
