  1. Manage worker's compensation claims for employees nationwide, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Communicate with insurance providers to negotiate settlements and resolve issues.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into each claim to determine validity and appropriate compensation.
  4. Ensure all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  5. Work closely with HR and other departments to coordinate return-to-work programs and accommodations for injured employees.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of worker's compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to employees and address any concerns or questions related to their claims.
  8. Collaborate with legal team and outside counsel as needed to resolve complex or high-risk claims.
  9. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce worker's compensation costs.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for other departments on worker's compensation related matters.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims and related activities.
  12. Participate in company-wide safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety and injury prevention.
  13. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all interactions and decision-making.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices.
