Prior Experience In Security Or Law Enforcement: Previous Work Experience In Security Or Law Enforcement Will Demonstrate A Candidate's Understanding Of Safety And Security Protocols, As Well As Their Ability To Handle Potentially Dangerous Situations.
Physical Fitness And Strength: Warehouse Security Guards May Need To Patrol Large Areas On Foot, Lift Heavy Objects, And Stand For Long Periods Of Time. Therefore, Physical Fitness And Strength Are Essential Qualities For This Role.
Knowledge Of Security Systems And Procedures: A Strong Understanding Of Security Systems, Procedures, And Protocols Is Crucial For A Warehouse Security Guard. This Includes Knowledge Of Surveillance Equipment, Access Control Systems, And Emergency Response Procedures.
