  1. Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders using proper picking and packing techniques.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  5. Meet or exceed productivity goals and quality standards set by the company.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of tasks.
  7. Use inventory management software to track and update inventory levels.
  8. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
  9. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Follow company dress code and grooming standards.
  15. Consistently demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Warehouse Order Selector Should Have Previous Experience In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In Order Selecting Or Picking. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Processes And Procedures Involved In Warehouse Operations.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires A Lot Of Physical Activity, Such As Lifting, Carrying, And Stacking Heavy Items. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: A Warehouse Order Selector Is Responsible For Accurately Picking And Packing Items According To Customer Orders. The Candidate Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure That The Correct Items Are Selected And Packaged Accurately.

  • Forklift Operation Skills: As A Warehouse Order Selector, The Candidate Will Be Required To Operate A Forklift To Move And Transport Items Within The Warehouse. Therefore, They Should Have Experience And Proper Training In Forklift Operation.

  • Time Management Skills: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, A Warehouse Order Selector Should Have Excellent Time Management Skills To Meet Tight Deadlines And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Orders. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Prioritize Tasks To Maximize Productivity.
