- Safely and efficiently handle and move materials throughout the warehouse using various equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all incoming and outgoing materials by carefully inspecting and verifying quantities and quality.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient and effective material storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels.
- Follow established procedures for packaging, labeling, and shipment of materials to customers.
- Operate warehouse management systems and maintain accurate records of material movement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in materials, equipment, or inventory levels.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to clients and suppliers.

Experience In Warehouse Operations And Material Handling: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment And Handling Various Materials, Such As Pallets, Boxes, And Equipment.
Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role Requires Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Items, Therefore Applicants Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform The Required Tasks Safely.
Forklift Certification: Many Warehouse Material Handler Positions At Ryder System Involve Operating Forklifts And Other Motorized Equipment. Therefore, Candidates With A Valid Forklift Certification Will Be Preferred.
