• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks
• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly labeled
• Receive incoming materials and inspect for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with inventory audits
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely movement of materials and shipments
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securement of materials
• Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety and company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during daily operations
• Adhere to all quality control standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in all warehouse activities
• Continuously seek out ways to improve warehouse efficiency and suggest process improvements to supervisors
• Assist with training new team members and providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
