- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly labeled
- Receive incoming materials and inspect for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely movement of materials and shipments
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securement of materials
- Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety and company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during daily operations
- Adhere to all quality control standards to ensure accuracy and consistency in all warehouse activities
- Continuously seek out ways to improve warehouse efficiency and suggest process improvements to supervisors
- Assist with training new team members and providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Ability To Operate Forklifts And Other Material Handling Equipment
Previous Experience In A Warehouse Or Material Handling Role
