- Design and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes for new and emerging businesses.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Conduct regular analysis of warehouse operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize industrial engineering techniques to optimize layout, storage, and material handling systems within the warehouse.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on new processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse operations and drive cost savings.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients to provide updates on warehouse operations and present recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Provide leadership and support during the start-up of new warehouse facilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Warehouse Management Systems And Data Analysis Tools.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Start-Up Or Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Lean Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements In A Warehouse Setting.
