- Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections of forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other containers using forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of products and materials.
- Assist with the organization and upkeep of the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to accurately fulfill customer orders.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to quality and safety.

Valid Forklift Operator Certification: A Qualified Candidate For A Warehouse Forklift Operator Job At Ryder System Must Possess A Valid Forklift Operator Certification From A Recognized Training Institute. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained And Knowledgeable In Operating Various Types Of Forklifts And Can Handle The Equipment Safely.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Warehouse Forklift Operator At Ryder System Must Have Previous Experience In Warehouse Operations, Including Loading And Unloading Trucks, Organizing And Storing Inventory, And Operating Material Handling Equipment.
