- Greet and welcome all visitors to the warehouse in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store goods as needed.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
- Communicate with warehouse team members and other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and vendors by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery receipts.
- Follow inventory management procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Continuously strive to improve warehouse operations and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
