Warehouse Coordinator 1st Shift

1. Oversee and coordinate daily operations and activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
2. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
4. Utilize warehouse management software and other tools to track and monitor inventory levels and movement.
5. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
6. Train and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to resolve any issues or delays in order fulfillment.
9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
11. Assist with the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
13. Act as a point of contact for any warehouse-related inquiries or concerns from customers, vendors, or other stakeholders.
14. Continuously strive for excellence in customer service and satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance goals.
15. Other duties as assigned by management.
