We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Clerk to join our team on the 1st shift. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by accurately and efficiently handling all incoming and outgoing shipments.   1. Accurately receive and process incoming shipments, checking for any damage or discrepancies.
  2. Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stored.
  3. Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items according to customer specifications.
  4. Complete required documentation and update inventory records in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
  6. Comply with all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding any shipment or inventory issues.
  8. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper disposal of packaging materials and trash.
  10. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  11. Identify and report any inventory or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel.
  12. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the warehouse.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and customer service.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Warehouse Clerk 1St Shift Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, With Knowledge Of Basic Warehouse Operations Such As Inventory Management, Order Picking, And Shipping And Receiving.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail As Warehouse Clerks Are Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records And Ensuring Orders Are Filled Correctly.

  • Organizational Skills: As A Warehouse Clerk, You Will Be Responsible For Keeping The Warehouse Organized And Ensuring That Inventory Is Properly Stored. Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability: This Position Requires Physical Stamina As It Involves Standing Or Walking For Extended Periods Of Time, As Well As Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Basic Computer Skills: In Today's Warehouse Operations, Basic Computer Skills Are Essential. A Warehouse Clerk Should Be Comfortable Using Computer Systems To Input And Track Inventory, Generate Reports, And Communicate With Other Team Members.
