User Experience Lead

Create – and direct the creation of - detailed navigation flows, site maps, user stories, wireframes, mockups, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes that are user centric and proactively solve for the more complex experiences. Play a key role in creating a design system that will be used across products and other experiences. You’ll help create the finer details of component design and implementation, and work on other tools to support the design system. Partner with designers, product managers and engineers to test, define, design, and build components. Optimize existing user interface designs and test new ideas before implementing. Collaborate effectively with engineers to share information, evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs, and champion great UX in the face of technical constraints.
