5. Complete all assigned routes and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of trucks and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
8. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
9. Follow company policies and procedures regarding paperwork, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the success of the team and the company.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
12. Maintain a clean and organized truck, both inside and out.
13. Adhere to all company guidelines and regulations related to COVID-19 safety protocols.
14. Be available for occasional weekend and/or overnight trips as needed.
