- Manage supply chain operations for various clients by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
- Travel to different locations to provide on-site support and guidance for clients' supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain processes.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor team members on supply chain operations and best practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
- Continuously monitor and assess supply chain operations for potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while traveling and working on-site.
- Represent the company's values and brand image while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Transportation Or Logistics Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management, Transportation Management, And Warehousing
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners
Willingness To Travel Frequently, Often On Short Notice, To Various Locations Within The Company's Network To Support Operations And Identify Opportunities For Improvement.
